I can. No grocery store within about 10 miles, rough schools and I hate the golf course.

Great commute, but jr and sr schools are not the best now. They are improving. The high school has a new principle. The commute to UT is great.

If you are looking to retire and play golf, I would suggest Circle C or Onion Creek.
