Hey, I have a great idea!!! If you do not like to eat around dogs, choose to eat a restaurant that doesn't allow dogs on the patio!!!

Why do you think it is acceptable to try and force a private business owner to cater to your desires? For the life of me I can not understand where you nanny state folks are coming from.

Is it that you really think you know better and therefore it is ok to impose your will on others? If not then what? I would really like to understand.

My post was sarcastic.
The whole idea of non smoking, non dog, non jerk, whatever is silly. You can't legislate freedom from jerkiness. Businesses need to choose what they offer and the market will decide!
