I keep meaning to try Flip Happy, but haven't made it there yet. I need to do the Peached Tortilla too...that sounds excellent!

Take two or three others to Flip Happy and try a variety of crepes, including at least one dessert. It might be possible to have a forgettable single crepe; but I'll bet you will find one you like. More fun with others, especially if you're early and/or not in a hurry. Don't wait until the heat sets in...those trees only offer so much shade. Be sure to check their hours...not open every day unless things have changed.
