Default Mueller -- what is coming to 51/Manor or Lovell/Manor?

Am looking at buying a place on Lovell Drive... the opposite side of Manor is Mueller -- but its undeveloped. I'm wondering whether its possible to see whether a gas station is coming up there.. or a Whole Foods.. two very different outcomes! they must provide some indication somewhere, no?

All that yellow stuff on that end is residential. 5 years is an educated guess.
