We're moving to Austin this summer and we've pretty much decided on a house in Bella Montagna. Any drawbacks to this or other lake Travis neighborhoods? I know about traffic in Steiner Ranch. We have 4 young kids. We hate houses stacked on top of each other. Maybe some insights into neighborhood feel, amenities, tax rates etc..

It's real close to 620...road noise is pretty lame there...

Also it's just a hill with some houses on it basically...

Too many deer and feral hogs to make it worthwhile to safely drive through at night.

All good responses I have thought about. Now I guess a follow up question would be what's your preferred place or neighborhood and why? Thanks gang for the help.
