Are there any nice equestrian subdivisions within the DSISD boundaries?

More specifically, I'd like to find a nice 40-60 home neighborhood where each house is sited on perhaps 2-4 acres and there's a communal barn where we could board a horse or two.

I'm looking for a closer-knit community (we have 3 children 9-12) and want them to make friends quickly, so smaller lots are important to us so they can make friends in the neighborhood, and there's no way I want to have a barn on such a small lot, but would love to have one very near by.

Thanks!

hts
