No I don't necessarily think they are a bad class of people or anything. Not as polite maybe. I just don't want the housing market flooded with people who have 2 million to spend from the sale of their 1700 sqft house and are willing to overspend on their Austin house.

No, there were Californians who had moved here trying very hard to make Austin look and be like California. That's very different.
