City of Dripping Springs - Gateway to the Hill Country

But the property is Hays county not Travis county even though it's Austin. Hays county line starts before nutty brown road. Weird city and county thing. Don't know which ordinance they have to follow?

Lots of good stuff coming to the Endeavor project - I know of a couple of local fast-casual restaurants in negotiations and a small movie theater. They are also planning for senior housing, a hotel, and a 100k sf big box anchor. Hoping that one is not Walmart though.

1) Isn't that outside of Austin ETJ (in Dripping springs ETJ).

2) 275k square foot in 90 acres isn't all that huge, and isn't dense at all.

Anyone know how far back this HEB will go into that land before it hits that neighborhood directly behind it?

theres a neighborhood of belterra- called the views of belterra i think. it's behind nutty brown on the same side of nutty brown road. I am guessing from your maps that there is going to be a gap between the new heb and the views at belterra?

there's that gap before kit carson dr, unless the owners of the land and houses sold their property too, which I doubt they did.
