Ditto on Brazilian steakhouse. Pricey, but great fun.

X 3 on the Brazilian steak house. The salad bar is to die for and when you're finished with that, they bring skewered meat around and slice it onto your plate.

My first thought was also Saltlick, family style all you can eat for $20 without the boring of a buffet. Love the Driftwood location!

Another place my hefty eating DS likes is Genghis Grill in the Westgate Shopping Center, they have a bottomless bowl option. Our whole family loves this place and its under $15 each for bottomless.

Recently we went to the Rice Bowl Café which was quite good and they had really good sized portions, we actually left with leftovers which never happens.

Rudy's BBQ - you can order as much as you want, the meat is by the pound and all the sides are separate. We love their brisket and creamed corn

I think we're going to hit up the Salt Lick. Iconic Hill Country BBQ seems right up his alley. We'll go kart racing afterward.

Thanks for all of the suggestions!
