Hi. I know of some retirement condos (I think) right off hwy 1431 and it is very close to LakeLine Blvd. I'll ask my wife what those retirement condos are called, but they can be apartments also.

Other one's that I know of are:
Cypress Creed Town Homes - PH 512-260-6888 Starting at $140K
Silver Oak Town Homes - PH 512-259-7111 Starting at $190K
Buttercup Town Homes - PH 512-260-6633 Starting at $120K

These are all new and coming up. I got the info above from our community news-letter (IMPACT).

Hope this helps.

Well, they are supposed to make Gattis a 2 lane both direction road... but it still sucks. There are apts going up on the other side of this area.

They're also planning to put up a retirement condo complex on 620, west of Anderson Mill, right near the new Concordia University. I think it's scheduled to be ready in a few years. I can't recall who is building it - if I track it down I'll post it here.

Steiner is also opening a retirement village called Longhorn Village. THe units are really expensive, though.
