NYC, thanks for the update. So, basically, a full year to get in your new place?(Maybe?) Wow. I hope it works out for you. Looks like they timed the market about right...who knows what will happen in another year?

Will you own fee simple or is it in common? In other words, are these "houses" or detached "condos".

Hi,

I'm an agent here in Austin and have three houses under contract with them. They have been nothing but great with the clients. Those who I know that already live in their homes love them and highly recommend them. I'm glad to see they're now building up there.

I think that this zip is starting to get squeezed by the rising prices in 78748 (to the south) and 78704 (to the north).
