New Shopping at 620/Anderson Mill
A new sign just went up on 620 for the Villagio Development right near the HEB Plus at 620 and Anderson Mill. Looks like they are putting in a fairly high end project. I'll be curious to see how it fares. We were in the pizza place in the HEB plaza last night and it seemed to me that many of the businesses were getting NO traffic at all. Hopefully this and the opening of Concordia University will help out all of those merchants. Here is the link for anyone who is interested.

It is now, anyway. Everyone else got priced out. Still got some of those "annoying" hold outs living in small homes and trailors, though. (I'm just being sarcastic here).

I haven't heard of any plans re: 620. I wish they'd just keep extending the toll road westward!
