I have eaten at Lonesome Dove in Fort Worth. Fantastic food. Great addition to the Austin scene.

I hope Love does a better job then what Pyles did in San Antonio. Not that Austin or SA need chefs and restaurants from the DFW area.

Dov translates as bear in Hebrew.

I suppose the Lonesome Bear would draw a fun crowd.

Fort Worth is not Austin. He's too busy playing CNBC. It will probably work downtown because the more established restaurants will enjoy his failure while watching CNBC.
