The smartest person connected to Lost Creek is the developer who bought that $40/acre scrubland/goat patch 40 years ago, then turned around & sold it to the up & coming folks for $200,000/acre.

We moved to Lost Creek in 1982. It is amazing driving by my old house and looking at the tree growth.

I like the golf course & tennis facility there. It's old school.

I'll hold off on how determining how smart they are until I see the Train Bond results by voting area.

Can't vote until they are fully annexed next year.

Gotta be a bunch of smart people there to make up for the fact that Kirk Bohls is a resident as well.

That's great, except unfortunately "smartest" doesn't often correlate with common sense.
