Default 5' garage storage door
Does anyone know if you add a 5' garage storage to your garage if by code you have to have the additional door out to the backyard from the 5' area? Most builders build that way but we would like to delete the door. Does anyone have any knowledge of this? Thanks.

I don't think so...I have a home up here in Cedar Park that has the 5' bump w/no exterior door. Could vary by builder though.
