Agree with above comments on hot rock. We thought it sounded cool on the menu, but the fact is that we got like 4 (I think it was 4, maybe it was 6) tiny 1" squares of (high quality Kobe beef) for like $16 or $18? Definitely wasn't worth it and would skip on our next visit.

Maybe I'm just a big eater, but I'd budget $100pp there especially for a special occasion dinner.

We spend 150 as a couple at uchiko, including one drink for each of us.

I would say the kobe (it is wagyu actually) is not good at all. I have had kobe at an awesome restaurant in orange county where the meat almost melts in your mouth and in japan.

No wagyu I have had in austin even comes close including at uchiko.

The hot rock is terrible, stay away from it.
