Default Seton Medical Center

What can you tell me about Seton Medical Center in Austin? My sister was transferred there at my brother-in-law's request from another hospital in a town forty miles away. What type of medical facility is it? What reputation does it have in Austin? Would you want your family member being treated there, etc? I am located in another state and am not able to go there myself. Thanks for any information you can share.

Default seton

relax. seton is a major medical center with all specialities, and is the only heart transplant center in central texas. One of the first hospitals in the city it has grown and evolved with austin and medical advancements. I wouldn't have any concern with my sister being there, and your sister will get state of the art care. There are other equally good hospitals in the city, but equal is the key word. May her stay go well and quickly

I'm an RN and I plan on working at Seton Main when I move to Austin in the summer. I have researched all the hospitals in Austin and Seton is where I want to be. The hospital comes highly recommended as the place to work if you are a nurse. I think your sister will receive top-notch care there.
