I dont think you can count a burger as good unless you can order it medium rare. You cant order it medium rare unless they grind their own beef onsite.
Houstons is definitely my favorite. However i have to agree with another poster that I grilled a central market prepared burger once and it was by far the best burger I have ever had.

The CM cowboy burger patties with bacon, sausage, and peppers mixed with the beef is awesome.

We went to Hut's one night and hubby really enjoyed the burger (grass-fed beef one). Best he ever had, he said. I, on the other hand, had a stupid attack and had a veggie burger.

We were at CM on Sunday and I had ordered a pasta special...then I saw someone carting around a fat, juicy burger on their tray and I really started coveting it and wondering if it was any good....apparently it is, so I'll be sampling the burger next time I"m there!!!!

Was it good?
I'll admit, I eat a lot of veggie burgers...but about once a year I go on a short burger-binge...

The burger was meh. It's the same veggie burger patty you can get anywhere, only more cooked so...meh.

Just got back from CM and was very underwhelmed by their burger. No seasoning, and we ordered ours medium rare and it came medium well. At least it was a fresh made patty, though! There are better food options at CM, I won't order the burger again. Bummer, but as usual the music was great!
