Is There a CPA in Austin Area you would recommend for very small business.
with basically no revenue. not many receipts or expenses.

Curious why you think you need a CPA for something like that. If it really is that simple, you can probably use TurboTax for Home and Business. If you have been keeping your records up to date in QuickBooks, it will import directly into TT. It will basically prepare the Schedule C for you, which is all you need if you are filing as a sole proprietor or LLC. If you haven't been using QB, it will step you through everything in typical TT fashion.

Now, if you need one for some IRS problems/issues, call Bill Bonner. He's on Koenig, just E of Burnet, and he's gotten me out of issues with the IRS. Phone is (512) 459-4444

thanks for the info.

I do my own personal taxes on TurboTax. for form 1120s I really want the depreciation and the proof cash and all that done right. so I won't have to deal with IRS and or have to explain weird things to investors
