I looked up austinsushi.com and there does not seem to be a lot in the southwest area. One is listed in Lakeway but I have no idea if it is any good. There is Tokyo which is a sushi & teppan place in Oak Hill. It is in the HEB plaza at the 290/71 Y. Been there twice. Enjoyed the food each time. We have not tried the teppan tables yet.

There's a place I've been to twice, pretty good. I can't remember its name, though. It's in a strip mall (hey, but it's good and kind of trendy), the one where Little Woodrows is, in Parmer X Mc Neil. It's kind of expensive, but then sushi always is. I recommend it =).
