Default Granada Oaks HOA

What is the Granada Oaks HOA like? Is it more or less restrictive? What kind of rules do they have?

I know Steve mentioned that the homes have to be a certain minimum sq. footage...

The HOA is still managed by the developer, who is a builder in the neighbrohood. PM me and I can send you a pdf file of the rules and regs, It's minimal.

2700 sqft minimum house size, 100% stone, no wooded fences, no farm animals. You can join Granada Hills HIOA (separate) for $60/yr and use all the facilities (park, tennis courts, basketball, etc. Pool is extra/optional)

Steve
