Sun City - Georgetown
Anyone here know anything about it? Property taxes, things to watch out for when buying a home, etc.?
My MIL was visiting Austin for the first time and we stopped to see the model homes and that got her excited. We would love to have her retire here even if it is an hour drive from Circle C. It seems like a really neat place to retire considering how active it seems to be.
The sales rep told us they're very kid-friendly which is great! You can have grandkids over for 90 days, if you can believe it. They even have a summer kids camp.
