Thanks, the first link was something I hadn't looked for yet. Will read through it.

The main page I skimmed through, the documents linked there are much older than the one previously found in this thread, and the information differs a bit - I think. At least by my sketchy memory it does.

Just closed on our new construction, and we want to follow the rules as well as not allow all the baby plants without good root structures to survive.
