Hi- we looked at the neighborhood and are wondering if people who bought there still feel like taxes, HOA are still worth it. I appreciate any fb you can provide.

Is it STILL worth it? The sales numbers tell me that RH has been stagnant over the last 5 years, even through the housing recovery in one of the hottest markets in the country. The bright side is that the median sales price may be approaching a price that is "worth it" for the first time due to natural inflation.

I never thought it was worth it and have always strongly dissuaded buyers from buying there. There are some older threads on the pros and cons.

By restricting responses that you want only from those currently living in RH, I doubt you'll get any. I can only remember one user ever stated they live there in a past thread.

But there is some good pros/cons in older threads if you're looking for reasons to like the idea of living there.

Steve

Anyone know about the water quality in Rough Hollow? Wondering if the home owners there should get a water softner or if it's not really needed. Thank you!
