In May '15, I needed 48 continuously dry hours to resurface my front porch. I started the project on the 1st of May...didn't finish until the 1st of June! Same would have happened this year.

As it was, this year all I brought was HEAT !!! I can't take credit for anything except the storm this morning...had the convertible top down from a quick trip last night!!!

I just had new sod put in. The rain saved me from watering.

Heh...It WAS in the garage; but I left the top down thinking I could get ONE early morning trip in before the heat hit too hard! Holy cow!!!...it was POURING for about 45 minutes!!!

Nothing but steam out there now!
