Any decent Chinese Restaurants?
I was looking for any recommendations for non Buffet- style restaurants. We live up in the suburbs north of Austin so anything in RoundRock, Georgetown, Pflugerville etc..?
I'm hoping to find a nice one, one you can bring a guest to or have a nice meal with your husband/the girls (you get the idea )
Thanks in advance.

Din Ho is the best authentic Chinese food in Austin bar none. It's on Research. Actually, all the Asian restaurants in this strip are excellent.

It's mediocre at best. Definitely below the PFC/Pei Wei standard for American food with Asian ingredients style of cooking.
Really, anyone here wanting Chinese should go to Din Ho. It is so far beyond any other Chinese place in town, it's ridiculous. (Also, PFC, PW, and MF do not qualify as Chinese food)

With Chinese restaurants, you'll probably have to choose between a nice atmosphere and good quality food. The cafe in Asia Market is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant in town. It has an extensive menu of authentic Szechuan specialties. However, it is in the back of an Asian supermarket, and there really isn't any ambiance to speak of.
I really don't know of any "nice" Chinese restaurants around that area. I hate to say this, but you may have to go to PF Chang's for that.

Never had it. I will try it soon though. I'm always up for new restaurants.
