For both of my children, I pay $1300 a month. I think infants should be around $750 or so at Stepping Stones - they are all over Austin.
Also if you are going to live in South Austin or Buda, you should get on Jackie's waiting list now. It is really hard to get in because they are reasonably priced and they include all of the activities in their fees - dancing, gymnastics, ect.

My wife was absolutely not impressed with Jackie's at all. She thought it completely disorganized among other things.

Hee hee... plus I'm not even pregnant yet. So, getting on a waiting list would be a bit premature.

They do appear quite a bit disorganized, but they have been in business for something like 25 years (maybe more), and we have several friends that live south (Buda/S. Austin) who could afford to send their kids pretty much anywhere and have really liked the care they are getting from Jackie's, as well as all the activities.
We did not end up there due to driving distance from our house, but I would have gone there over CC, BH, or Primrose based on the parent feedback we got and a very down to earth approach. My wife, however, also did not like the somewhat unpolished nature of the school...it has grown up over time, and you can tell that it is not 'master planned' or anything.

My wife also didn't like that kids were in portable buildings with the curtains drawn. There were basically no outdoor activities (swings, slides, etc.) for the younger kids...just a bunch of trucks to ride around on. When my wife went the 2nd time, she said it was complete chaos because of the number of kids. I was bugged that a dozen+ toddlers were supervised in the pool by what appeared to be only one teacher. I also didn't like that a degree wasn't required of the teachers.
Also, about a half dozen people we talked to didn't like Jackie, herself, at all.
