Yes, I didn't get any response back then. My friend already bought there and is well settled in

How do they like it? Might be good for folks that stumble across this on resale homes?

Would be interesting to know, I reckon. I saw three resales listed.
I didn't make my usual Tuesday trip to Bush's Chicken on 1431 near there today. Could have dropped by for a look-see.

They like it. The retail shop complexes around costco and target have been growing and now have all big retailers and a bunch of restaurants. Overall it has been positive, I think it will help home value appreciation.

Well, I DID make my Tuesday trip to Bush's Chicken just around the corner today! Drove through the hood and, although it's as plain as can be, it looks quite nice and well kept. For a single-builder neighborhood, it has just enough variety to be interesting. Was surprised(mildly dismayed) to see three DRHorton promo signs on the way into the hood...all of the homes have sold, so it's past time to remove the rather tacky signs, I reckon. Quite a few one-story plans, btw...something many folks want

What does RBC stand for?

That was my guess; although it's apples and oranges to compare the OP hood to R@BC.
