I would like to send a gift to the wonderful lady that worked so hard to help us close on our Austin property. I live out of the area and would like ideas for a unique (and tasty) gift to have delivered during working hours at her office on FM620 (Lakeway). I would like to avoid a hefty delivery fee and spend more money on the gift. Thank you

You may be able to Favor something to her. I'm not sure if Lakeway is in their boundaries or not, though.

I checked, and Favor (and Postmates) don't go to Lakeway .

Hopefully there's an app which has an extended delivery range; That'd be good to know for future reference...

Tiff's treats are super yummy. I recently got a box with a balloon and bottle of milk as a thank you gift and the cookies are delivered warm. Mmmmm.

Check out www.shortbreadbakingco.com or if you have Instagram, look at shortbreadbakingco. A dozen cookies starts at $36, but they're worth the money. They can be customized to any design or wording you want, which I think makes them a good bet for this kind of gift, plus they're delicious and addictive!

Never a good choice when you don't know the eating habits of a recipient.

Delivery fees=ouch! $1.25 per round trip mile. They do look delicious, though. Just not that delivery fee delicious.

Thanks for catching that...it's only $0.50/round trip mile. It just hasn't been updated on the site.
