Rnelson is on a distinguished road
Their are many houses near downtown on the south side for under $1200.

Don't understand were some people get their info. Current market for lease homes are great for leasers.

MLS houses under $1200 area 10 south side close to downtown. This is # on the market today..

look in the austin chronicle under classifieds and see housing to check out some rent prices
