Help now! I30 Toll Info needed
My sister is driving from Houston on 290 and I told her I'd call her with directions. Specifically where do you get on the toll coming from Houston and heading to 1431/Chandler Rd?

Here ya go. This should help. (Wish I could just tell you, and I was on there yesterday, but I was heading all the way to 183 and didn't make a note of the 290 exit and where, exactly, on 290 it is. Looks like it's just west of Manor, though.) |

If anyone else has specific info, like go x # of miles past this road, that would help. My sister has bad directional skills...lol |

So it looks like she should find the ramp by taking Greg Manor Road....does this sound right?

I don't know, but the ramp will be VERY clearly marked, in my experience. I live just two exits down from where SH 130 starts on IH35 north and you can't miss it. Likewise with getting on it on Highway 79, and Highway 71.
I did see, by the way, where it's crossing 183 down on the south side. Just south of 1327, they're building as we speak.

After she goes thru Manor (as she's heading west on 290) have her get in the right hand lane.
She'll be turning right (north) onto the toll road a couple of miles west of Manor. As others mentioned, it's clearly marked.

Thanks, HorseLady. I'm so glad they built 130...it'll make going to Houston a little easier. We take 290 to my sister's and 183 to my in-laws.
I just gave directions to my sister and told her to call me if she has trouble. She laughed and said she'll call when she gets to Waco....she knows she has trouble.  |
