Default Help....Recruiter referrals needed (Construction Industry)

We are looking for a referral for a good recruiter in Austin who focuses on Commercial Construction & Facilities Management. My husband just learned on Thursday that his project is ending and his last day will be this coming Friday (not much notice given) . His options are to go to Brazil or Shanghai or be laid off. Any contacts you have are much appreciated!

If push comes to shove, don't be afraid to take Shanghai. It is an incredible place and state of the art as far as construction goes. A couple of years will go by very fast there.

I do not know of any recruiters, but there are a ton of commercial construction companies. I was in the printing industry and they were my customers. They are almost always looking for people.

If he already has a relationship with a salesperson for one of the big printers in town (Ridgways, Burks, or Thomas), I would suggest for him to give his resume to them. When I lived in Houston, I helped a few people switch companies when their projects were over during my years as a salesperson for Ridgways. The printers usually know who needs help.

My husband is a structural engineer, and he just told me that Harvey Cleary is very busy. Might be a good place to start.
