Default Bowling leagues for adults in Austin?

I'd like to join a bowling league here in Austin, but don't really know of any leagues, or even where the local lanes are. I'd prefer co-ed because they're usually more relaxed, but I would join a men's league if that was the only choice. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks a lot!

1) Google "Austin Bowling"
2) Start calling the bowling alleys and ask about leagues.

I know there are a lot of leagues in Austin, though I'm not a member of one.

Thanks, Steve. That's a great place to start. Hopefully, some other posters here are also bowlers and can recommend a friendly league for a new guy (who isn't all that good at it) to join. Thanks again!

Hi Paul, Highland Lanes at 183 and Burnet has a lot of leagues. I know a neighbor of ours is in a men's league right now on Monday nights. You may want to call Highland and see what is available. Good luck!

Thanks a lot for all the suggestions, everyone. I'll be stopping by those lanes soon to see if I can join.
