That's a shocker. That's one of the safest and high income areas in all of Austin. Very seldom hear of any violent crime out that way. It just goes to show that anything can happen anywhere at anytime to anyone.

I hope that little boy will be ok. He didn't deserve to have that happen to him.

Austin changes a bit more every day, resembling Houston a bit more every year.

Man I miss when there was only 400,000 people here.

As do I when it was 182,000. But I like a lot of the new too.

Miss the Stallion restaurant, but there are about 1,000 new eateries we haven't even made it to yet.
