How to find an apartment locator?? (Austin: apartments, lofts, school)

My 26 year old son and his new bride will be moving to Austin this summer, as he will be starting grad school at UT. On several threads pertaining to finding housing, people have mentioned using an "apartment locator service." How do you go about finding someone who will show you a variety of types of apartments, in various locations around the city??

I just had this apartment locator find me an apartment. I am moving to Austin the first of April and she found just what I was looking for in the location that I wanted.
