It’s terrible. Take Flonase and the antihistamine of your choice doubling the dose if needed! Allergies can make u feel like u have the flu. Get better

We’re just leaving from our 3rd visit to the Hill Country and Austin (earlier were April and June 2018).

I got a sudden onset of something I thought was a cold our first night there this trip,on 2/4, and it still hasn’t let up.

I’m thinking cedar allergy? We have junipers at home, and I’m a Texas native w/no prior known allergies, but something has sure walloped me.

Yes.

Many, like I was, are like that for 3.5 months straight. The first year was the easiest. Subsequent years were worse, felt like the flu on top of the usual symptoms.

I’ve used more Kleenex the past 10 days than in the rest of my life, I think.
However, my brains are no longer melting out through my nose.

We’re in West Texas now.

Allergies here are extremely bad. At least one member of each family (that I know) has been badly affected by it. That is not to say there aren't remedies and prevention's in place but one needs to be disciplined enough to handle it.
