Don't laugh, I am serious. I started by flipping houses and kind of fell into lots in the Waco area. Soo much easier than a pia flipper.

We spend quite a bit of time on the lake, in Lago Vista and points north, and I started wondering what was selling fast in the way of residential cheap lots. My first thought is, My goodness there are so many, how could you ever be successful? So I decided to come on here and ask, because there are many people with advice lurking around. Some good, some not so much. haha

Help a lazy girl out. Any advice is appreciated.
TIA!

But, yeah...nope. If you wanted to make a long game gamble, I'd try Jonestown. Emphasis on long and gamble.

Why not? If it's level, has utility access, purchased under 10K and you can aggressively market it to out of state buyers. I think so.
