That's a silly answer and low. Poor girl was murdered and your using that to make a senseless point. Her killer had mental issues, so you know he was homeless too? Shipping folks around is a good thing?

The suburbs claim that Austin has the rsources to help this people WHEN WE DON'T. It's being used as an excuse to disproportionately dump a problem on a SINGLE CITY.

The SUBURBS need to provide services with THEIR money, and not dump them in Austin.
