Just go to google and type in toll brothers problems then click and read. I have never used Toll Brothers so I have no knowledge just what I read after I googled it. You can do this with any builder.

If you're looking at Toll Brothers in the new Belterra section, I think they're too new to get any real answers.

You might find some Austin specific reviews on Angie's List.

The build a ton in Travisso. The people that I know that have built with them are all happy. Really comes down to the subs.

My clients have purchased with Toll Brothers in Sarita Valley (Austin,TX) and Somerset Green in (Houston,TX). They are reliable builder who build a great product. The construction managers who assisted my clients in each community were experienced and very knowledgeable when it came to construction questions my clients had during the building process. Which particular community are you looking at?

I can't speak for Toll Brothers locally, but I know they are a very reputable developer back home where we lived. When we were looking at homes out of State, of all the builders we looked at, we really loved Toll Brothers homes the most, as they seemed to be higher quality builds vs their competitors. Good luck!

We live in a Toll development. All in all decent build and most people are happy. It just depends on the sub contractors who did the work. If you're looking at a community, make sure you get local intelligence about it and talk to people who own there already.

I work in the industry and am constantly working with different builders. Toll Bros is a higher end/luxury builder. I would highly recommend them.

No personal experience, but I have several friends and neighbors that live in Toll Brothers homes here in Austin. Overall they seem pleased. As far as mass production builders go, they seem to be on the higher end. Many of these friends have been in their TB homes 10-20 years now and I haven't heard any horror stories. Little things here and there, but overall fine.
