Do you what they are building underneath the freeway on eastbound side and west of Pack Saddle ? I wonder if it's a parking lot for Capital Metro Riders? Maybe that's how the city can legally remove the panhandler's from that location without ruffling anybody's feathers - or at least as few feathers as possible.

It looks like something big is going on over there, whatever it is.
