We are looking for advice for a wedding rehearsal dinner in the dripping Springs area. We are interested in a one stop venue that provides food, alcohol, and accessories. We are from out of town and fear the confusion of dealing with multiple vendors. Any help would be appreciated! Tku

Try the Salt Lick BBQ . Has everything you require in a nice setting.

Trattoria Lisina would be our choice. https://trattorialisina.com/

We got married there and they handled everything awesomely. Feel free to PM if you need.

Salt Lick would be good if you want really informal.

Thank you for the response, have called Salt Lick and they are booked. I also had spoke to Trattoria and am waiting for response. Does the Olive Co have food and beverage onsite? Still interested in other options if you have any.. Tks

The Texas Hill Country Olive location does have a bistro and regular olive oil tastings and seating for a group. You might want to give them a call to check on particulars.

There is a Trudy's just outside of Dripping that does rehearsals. It's on the less expensive end but they did a good job and the place is very new.

I won't give an opinion of that Trudy's, just read the reviews on Google or any other site. And it's far from new. It's been there since at least 2012.

Another option, which I haven't experienced personally is Tillie's. It's at Camp Lucy, which is a wedding venue. Has great word of mouth. https://tilliesdrippingsprings.com/

My first hand experience was very good and given that it is half the price of the competition its well worth a look. More of a general topic, but there are lots of overpriced services in the Austin area and when you add in the psychology that goes into wedding planning a lot of businesses will have no qualms taking advantage of it.

After months of rumors, Trudy's Four Star finally shut down yesterday. Ever since all the new food options arrived in Belterra Village, their parking lot has been empty.
