Default Things to do this weekend
I have just moved to the area and was wondering if there were any fun things going on this weekend in or around the downtown area.

Also, I was thinking about going to the farmers market tomorrow afternoon at The Triangle, how is it?

hi, tallen1 - welcome! I don't have any specific recommendations about this weekend, but good sources for things to do are the Austin Chronicle (new issues come out on Thursdays, free around town and also on the web), austin360.com and Yelp - have fun!

Friday noon concert at City Hall plaza:

Adios Baltimore is on a distinguished road
We are floating the river on Fri and Eeyore's on Sat. Two very fun weekend things to do.

!!!Texas Tubes on the Comal River in New Braunfels Texas for tubing and rafting on the Guadalupe River and Comal River!!!

It's not a downtown festival, but Georgetown is having their red poppy festival Saturday and Sunday. They have a website for it.
