Hey I'm looking for any apartment complex in SW Austin that also has a loft or townhouse as an option. We looked into Sedona Springs on Monterey Oaks which have townhouses but the floor plan wasn't big enough. Any suggestions?

Look at the places on Davis and Escarpment. I forget the name but they look nice.

Those Townhomes are very nice, but I think they are a bit on the pricey side...like 250k? Not sure how many are for rent, or for what price.

Right now we are looking to rent. Overall I think the newer condos and townhouses in S Austin are way overpriced. Sedona Springs rents their townhouses for 1050/mo, which is pretty good compared to 1300 in Pflugerville (where we moved from).

Would it be the Camden Stoneleigh on Davis Ln? Thanks for the info!

Yes I think so. The location is fantastic with Escarpment Village within walking distance, and with a hike and bike trail there, and Dick Nichols Park to the east, and Circle C Metro park south. They do look sort of pricey, though.

Okay, just checked. It looks like there are three floorplans: 1400/1780/2040 sf. They are all sold, although the last one to sell looks like it was a 1400 sf listed at $224k, which is a whopping $160/ft! I am guessing the rents would be fairly high, although I don't know how many were bought as investment/rental properties and how many are primary residences.

Oh, and it is Davis Place on Escarpment/Davis.
