Wow, didn't know they had that new of houses out there anywhere, so that is not the Serenada that I remember...it may not have the big lots, and not idea on who the builder might be.
As for the taxes, WCAD.org is the site. I put in Brangus for a street address and picked a random house and checked what taxing authorities cover that street, then did the same for Luna Tr. The WCAD site is not as convenient (imho) - you have to get the codes (four tax codes for each of the two addresses I was looking at), then look up what the tax rate is on another web page for each code. Both locations are subject to School tax, county tax, and one other (I forget now
), but Luna Tr was a city tax and brangus was a services district tax, which is where the tax difference come from.
