i would love a home somewhere in that area between exposition and scenic not far from lake austin, there are some beautiful old homes and gorgeous pieces of property....can't remember my favorite street over there. i would also want a waterfront on the southside of lake travis.....i'm definitely a waterbug so i can't be too far from it.

That is INCREDIBLE! That house is just minutes from downtown and basically smack in the middle of the city. How many acres is that? It looks like at least one from the satellite image, but there are a lot of trees so I can't really tell.

I can't even begin to think how much that property is worth

The land value alone would be in the $10m range if someone was looking to cut it into smaller pieces and develop it.
