Well, since it has just broken ground, there really isn't a lot of information about it - like the exact addresses it will service. I suspect it will take most, if not all, of 78739 (Circle C and Meridian) and some of 78749 (VAWO). It will lilkely have a somewhat suspect first year or two, but it should end up fairly good - that is a very family oriented area with the same sort of community base as Clint Small.

Edit: Found this old note on the AISD web site -

Trustees approved the schematic design for the new Southwest middle school, scheduled to open in August 2009. The school, designed by the architectural firm of Graeber, Simmons & Cowan, Inc., will be located at the intersection of Slaughter Lane and FM 1826, and encompass 171,000 square feet. The construction budget for the project is $22.5 million.

I just did a quick MLS search of houses between $250,000 and $300,000 in the Westlake and Westwood districts and 21 came up as being currently on the market, all of them under $300,000. (If I drop the bottom price, 111 come up.)

So you shouldn't have any problem finding housing in those districts, depending on your other parameters.
