looking for a church in Austin
It looks like my company will be transfering me to Austin soon. Finding a church is extremely important to my family. We are longtime members at Lakewood Church in Houston(Joel Osteen). I like large non denominational churches, racially diverse, mordern praise and worship. Is there anything like Lakewood near Austin?

If you like large non-denominational churches, check out Shoreline.

Sounds like you would like Riverbend. There's another one similar to it that I just can't think of. If I do, I'll come back and post it here.

Gateway Church on McNeil also fits your description. The church with similar theology to Lakewood is Shoreline.

Check out Riverbend.
Also, many of my neighbors are starting to go to Lakehills Church. (LHC). I have never been, but I keep hearing good things about it.
I believe both churches have websites.
Good luck!

I can only vouch for Gateway....went once, and have been hooked since. Pastor is a great speaker.
I'm glad to hear about the others posted, may check out some of the others.
