Default Bush's Economic Stimulus Payment

Anyone get their check from Bush yet? Payments are supposed to go out in May.

What does everyone plan to do with the extra cash?

Got it last week sometime. I love direct deposit!

Had already spent it on new tires for one of the cars.

I think everyone who files is supposed to get one, whether or not you owe. Right?

jread, you can go to the irs.gov site and go to the "Where's my stimulus" page (not to be confused with the "Where's my refund" page).

Actually, it depends how much you make. I believe anything over 75,000.00 for single people, your refund amount decreases. (Not sure by how much) If you are a BIG earner, you could possibly be denied a stimulus refund. I will have to recheck the site and get back to y'all on that.

not possibly, it is a no for me and my family. I wish everyone would use the check to buy stock in my company....:-) Oh well, the more you pay in... The less you get.... Makes perfect sense... not...!!!!

Anyone else still upset about it?
