Default E-Bike

Those battery powered bikes are called E-bikes I believe. We were looking at scooters for my wife the other day and Alien scooters on south Lamar had those and electric scooters. Vespa has a store on south Lamar also. We are also looking at the Aprilia scooters at the Ducati store at Breaker and I-35. The SR50R Aprilia scooter can get over 100 mpg and is pretty fast also. Some claims of up to 65 mph. Good luck.

I think the key, according to the convulted Texas DMV website, is 40 cc motor diplacement and a deck. If you have those 2 things, you don't need insurance, registration or a license. Call it my anti government personal regulation statement, but I really don't want to register it.
