Lease-purchase real estate
I'm relocating to Austin next summer and will be looking for a lease-to-purchase opportunity. I'm looking at Round Rock, Pflugerville, Manor, or other suburb of Austin with good schools, families (we have 2 kids), activities. Preferably a community with a pool, etc.
Has anyone done this before? Recommended areas?
We'd love a little space (acre), and I don't mind driving 30 mins to work downtown (Trademark Paralegal). Our price range is $225K and under, and we need at least 3 bdrms.
